Order

Each item is stated with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. When ordering finished jewelry that is in stock, it takes about 1-2 days to pack and send the jewelry to you (can be long at high pressure).
Resin jewelery to be manufactured after your order is ready for delivery within 3 weeks.
The actual delivery takes 1-3 days.
If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective item.
You will receive an email when we have packed ready and sent your order.

Payment

With us you can pay by credit card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Klarna Checkout.

Klarna Checkout offers you the most common payment methods. Invoice 14 days, installment payment at own rate, direct payment via bank or card payment.

Shipping and delivery

We have a fixed shipping cost of SEK 39.
All goods are sent as a traceable consignment note with PostNord.
You will receive a shipping number when we have sent your package so you can track it on PostNord.se or via their app.

If an item has deviating delivery time, it is stated for each item. Expect a handling time of 14 days. We do not credit products that are lost or damaged at the post office.

Uncollected packages

If you have not picked up your package from an agent (is about 14 days), goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 200

Right of withdrawal

Complaints and complaints

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Product images

The colors of the product images may differ in color from computer and reality. All computer screens have different resolution and color reproduction, which makes it impossible to get the exact color displayed on the screen. However, we try to expose them as best we can. We are happy to answer your questions regarding colors / sizes if you feel unsure.
